Dear Mayor and Council,

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent procedural decisions. Fundamental fairness dictates that anyone facing allegations must be given a clear opportunity to respond before a decision is finalized.

The appearance of bias and the lack of procedural fairness undermine public trust in local governance.

I urge the Mayor to invoke s.131 of the Community Charter for reconsideration, or for a Councillor to introduce a motion to rescind the decision, until a fair process is established.
