I am writing to formally request that you exercise your authority under Section 131 of the Community Charter to require Council to reconsider and vote again on Resolution R26/14-10, adopted on July 27, 2026.
My request is grounded in concerns regarding procedural fairness during the deliberation process, specifically pertaining to the right of affected parties to adequately respond to the findings presented in the supporting documentation prior to the vote.
